Q - What if I'm not in at the time of set up/pack down?

A - Don't worry, if you have access to the garden/set up area we are happy to set up and pack down without anyone being present, just leave the gate open for access and let us know on your booking form.

Q - We have artificial grass, is this a problem? Can I still have a bell tent?

A - Yes we can set up on artificial grass but to secure the tent safely we will need to place pegs through the artificial grass and into the ground beneath. Whilst we take great care doing this, we are unable to take any responsibility for any damage to the artificial grass, membrane or underlying surface.

Q - How many people do the bell tents sleep?

A - We have a range of tent sizes available to hire. A 4m tent will sleep up to 8/9 children with a chill out bed mattress arrangement. Our 5m tents can sleep up to 12 in a chill out floor bed matress arrangement.

Q - How much space do you need in your garden?

A - For a 4m tent you need a garden that has 5.5m by 5.5m space. This enables the tent pegs to be correctly pinned into the ground. A 5m tent requires a garden size of 6.5m by 6.5m for safety purposes.

Q - How do I make a booking?

A - To make a booking click on the make a booking button on our website. This will take you through to a booking form, complete this and send it through to us. We will process your booking within 24 hours and send you the link to make your 25% deposit to secure your date. This deposit is non refundable.  Once we have your date booked in, we will send a waiver form, which you will be required to sign. The week of your event we will send the link for the remainder of the payment to be made and confirm set up times, themes and any final additions.
